Terms of Service (Draft)

1. Rental Scope and Duration
COMPLETE provides circular Furniture-as-a-Service packages for international students. The standard rental term corresponds to an academic semester (5 months), unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. All items remain the exclusive property of COMPLETE throughout the rental duration.
2. Delivery and Assembly
Delivery, pre-arrival setup, and post-semester collection are included in the flat semester fee. Where access to the student apartment is coordinated with local student housing organizations, items are installed prior to your arrival date. If keys or room access are unavailable before your arrival, delivery is coordinated during regular delivery windows upon check-in.
3. Care of Items and Liability for Damage
The tenant is expected to treat rental items with reasonable care. Normal cosmetic wear and tear resulting from standard student use is accepted and covered by the service. The tenant is responsible for major damage caused by negligence, misuse, or loss of items (including bicycle theft if unlocked). Bicycles must be locked with the provided security lock when unattended.
4. Fees and Payment
Pricing is based on one flat fee per semester as confirmed during booking. Payment details and electronic invoicing instructions are provided upon booking confirmation. No upfront charges occur when submitting an initial reservation through the website.
5. Cancellation and Date Changes
Students may adjust their scheduled arrival date or request cancellation before furniture preparation and dispatch. Please notify us as early as possible at Tayyabfarooq109@gmail.com if your university exchange dates change.
